Annabelle

Annabelle is a sweet, frosty-faced senior girl who has been waiting far too long for the stability she deserves. Since 2017, she has returned to the shelter 12 different times because of an unstable living situation, making her one of the dogs most in need of a true forever home. Despite all the uncertainty she has experienced, Annabelle remains incredibly friendly, affectionate, and hopeful. She loves spending time with people, eagerly seeks attention, walks nicely on a leash, is easy to handle, and is treat-motivated with gentle manners. Her playful, curious personality and desire to please make her a wonderful companion.

She is a loving, sassy older lady who enjoys cuddling close for pets, giving kisses, and soaking up affection. While her face may be gray, she still has plenty of energy and a joyful spirit. Annabelle would thrive in a quiet home with soft places to nap, a secure yard, and a family who will cherish her for the rest of her life. She would like to meet any resident dogs before adoption to ensure a good match, though she'd also be perfectly happy being the center of someone's world as the only pet.
