Clumsy

Clumsy is a shy, gentle dog who first came to the shelter in 2023 with his siblings as a puppy. Despite being adopted back then, he was abandoned and under socialized by his previous owners. He is once again working to build trust and confidence. Volunteers have spent time helping him feel safe, and while he’s still hesitant with affection, he shows small, meaningful signs of progress, like nudging hands or offering a quick lick.

He walks well on leash, loves treats, and is a sensitive dog who needs patience, stability, and understanding to truly come out of his shell. Clumsy would do best in a calm home where he can continue gaining confidence away from the shelter environment. He may benefit from meeting any resident dogs beforehand and is currently available for adoption or long-term foster through PACC.
