Huey

Huey is a friendly, affectionate dog with a playful personality and plenty of puppy energy. During foster care, he was house-trained, did well with children as young as five, and loved plush toys, walks, and relaxing on the couch afterward. His fosters describe him as goofy, cuddly, and incredibly loving, always looking for opportunities to give kisses, lean against his people, and stay close for affection.

Huey has also impressed volunteers and day-trip companions with his gentle manners, excellent leash skills, and friendly attitude toward both people and other dogs. He enjoys hiking, running, pup cups, and exploring, while remaining calm, treat-motivated, and easy to handle. Social and playful with other dogs, Huey has earned glowing praise from shelter staff and is ready to bring his loving personality to a forever home.
