Tommy is a sweet, big-hearted dog inspired by the lovable character from Tommy Boy. While he shares his namesake’s charm, he’s likely a bit sharper and has plenty of wonderful qualities of his own. During a foster stay, Tommy proved to be house-trained, enjoyed playing fetch, loved cuddling with his foster person, and was described as an affectionate, friendly pup who also appreciates a good nap.

Volunteers say Tommy is eager to get out for walks, knows basic commands like "sit" and "watch me," and is affectionate with people, even sneaking in a few kisses during outings.
